Founded by Shawn Hays in 2006 and beginning operations in 2007 with just four employees, Delta Performance emerged from a simple realization: building materials manufacturers needed a more reliable, efficient way to incorporate difficult-to-handle color into their products. What started as a small, single-location operation has grown into a trusted partner and advisor to some of the largest building materials and CASE OEMs in the US and abroad.
